Instructions

  • 1.   1- Sauté the onion in a pot, add the garlic and ginger.
    2- Add the leafy greens and pour in some water.
    3- Add the rice. Bring to a boil and let it cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
    4- Sprinkle the mixture with bouillon.
    5- Add chives and flat-leaf parsley once it is off the heat.
