Instructions

. Chop the garlic.

. Slice the potatoes into thin rounds.

. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F) in convection mode.

. In the robot with the mixer attachment, cook all the ingredients except the cheese, in slow cook mode, P1, 20 minutes, 130°C (266°F).

. Pour into a gratin dish, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for 15 minutes.
