Instructions

  • 1.   1 Cut the ham into strips.
  • 2.   2 Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them with a fork along with the cream, salt, and pepper. Add the grated gruyere cheese and mix.
  • 3.   3 Melt the butter in a hot pan and pour in the mixture. After a few minutes, add the ham strips on top.
  • 4.   4 Cook to your liking and serve hot.
