Three Ham and Whole Grain Mustard Tart

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 160 °C (320 °F)
  • 2.   Slice the ham; grill the bacon and parmesan slices under the oven broiler
  • 3.   Spread the two types of ham and the sliced bacon on the bottom of the tart. Place the grilled and crumbled parmesan on top
  • 4.   Beat the eggs, add the milk and heavy cream
  • 5.   Mix the mustard with the quiche mixture. Pour the quiche mixture up to the edge of the tart
  • 6.   Bake in the oven at 160 °C (320 °F) for 30 minutes

  • 50 g of bacon
  • 50 g of parmesan shavings
  • 1 tablespoon of whole grain mustard
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 cl of milk
  • 2 tablespoon of thick sour cream
