Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Chop the onion, shallot, and garlic and sauté them in olive oil in a pan.
  • 2.   Remove the condiments from the pan and add the ground meat and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 3.   Wash the tomatoes and cut off the top 1 cm. Remove the flesh and seeds to hollow them out, then fill them with the stuffing.
  • 4.   Bake for approximately 45 minutes without the top of the tomato.
  • 5.   5 minutes before the end of cooking, add the lid to the tomatoes.

  • 2 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
