. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Chop the onion, shallot, and garlic and sauté them in olive oil in a pan.

. Remove the condiments from the pan and add the ground meat and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper.

. Wash the tomatoes and cut off the top 1 cm. Remove the flesh and seeds to hollow them out, then fill them with the stuffing.

. Bake for approximately 45 minutes without the top of the tomato.

. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, add the lid to the tomatoes.
