Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté chopped onion in hot oil.
  • 2.   Stir in shrimp, peas and diced ham. Salt and pepper. Mix well. Cover and cook for about 12 minutes over low heat.
  • 3.   Add the scrambled eggs. Mix. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
  • 4.   Add the cooked rice to the water and drained, and leave it a little fried.
  • 5.   Garnish with the sprigs of parsley.

Notes

  • It is possible to replace ham with bacon. Shrimp shrimp in tin can. peas, a little tin can.
