Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the chopped onions in hot oil.
  • 2.   Add the shrimp, peas, and diced ham. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Cover and cook for about 12 minutes over low heat.
  • 3.   Add the scrambled eggs. Mix well. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
  • 4.   Add the cooked and drained rice, and let it fry a little.
  • 5.   Garnish with sprigs of parsley.

Notes & Suggestions

  • You can replace the ham with bacon.
    Canned peeled shrimp.
    Canned peas, a small can.
