Instructions

  • 1.   1 Heat 25 g of butter and oil in a sauté pan and cook the pork chops for 8 to 10 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. 2 Peel and core the apples using an apple corer. Cut them into slices. Sauté them in 25 g of butter for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. 3 Remove the pork chops. Discard the fat. Deglaze the sauté pan with vinegar, then add the cider and let it reduce for 5 minutes. Return the meat to the pan, add the cream, and cook for another 5 minutes. Adjust the seasoning. Pour the sauce over the pork chops. Garnish with the apples and serve.
