1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Wrap each piece of chicken with a slice of bacon, trying to cover the meat as much as possible. Place everything in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish; season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with roughly chopped onion pieces. Arrange small yellow potatoes around the chicken.
3. Combine chives, basil, garlic powder, Adobo seasoning, and pepper in a small bowl and sprinkle it over the chicken and vegetables.
4. Bake in the oven for 1 hour, until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is no longer pink in the center. Season with salt, if desired.
