Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the beef into thin strips. Chop the coriander and chives.
  • 2.   Pour 1 liter of water into the rice cooker pot. Add the bouillon cube, nuoc-mâm, soy sauce, ginger, meat, and 3/4 of the chopped chives and coriander. Close the lid and plug in the rice cooker. Cook for 30 minutes.
  • 3.   5 minutes before the end of cooking, add the noodles and lemon.

  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 4 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoon of fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
  • 3 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 bunch of fresh coriander
  • 1 bunch of chives
