Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the onion and garlic. Using the ultrablade, process them for 20 seconds at speed 11.
  • 2.   Cut the chipolatas and replace the blade with the mixer. Add the chipolatas and select program P1, 5 minutes at 130°C.
  • 3.   Add the gnocchi, crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, pepper, and water. Select program P2, 95°C, 20 minutes.
  • 4.   Serve with Parmesan cheese.
