Instructions
1. Take the chestnuts out of the freezer (if you opted for frozen chestnuts!) to thaw. Peel the pears and cut them into quarters. Brush the chicken with olive oil and place it in a dish. Stuff the chicken with pear quarters until it is full. Cut the remaining pear quarters and arrange them in the dish around the chicken. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Pour a glass of water into the bottom of the dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 220°C. Meanwhile, slice the mushrooms and set aside. Remove the dish from the oven. Arrange the chestnuts and mushrooms around the chicken (and underneath if the dish is a bit small). Pour a glass of water with chicken broth into the bottom of the dish. Bake again for 35 minutes at 220°C. Brush the chicken with liquid honey. Cook for another 10 minutes or so.
