Instructions
1. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into very small pieces.
2. Mix the tomato pieces with parsley and chervil. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Brush the meat with olive oil. Heat a grill pan and cook the meat for 2 minutes on each side. Halfway through cooking, rotate the meat 1/4 turn to create a nice grill pattern. Cook for additional time according to your preference (rare, medium-rare, or medium). Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
