Fresh Salmon Tartare

Instructions

  • 1.   Using a sharp knife, finely dice or chop the raw fish flesh. Try not to cut the pieces too small in order to preserve the delicate texture of the salmon in the mouth.
  • 2.   Next, peel and finely chop the shallots, removing the germ. Rinse and dry the chives, then finely chop them. Take a large bowl and mix the salmon flesh with the shallots, capers, chives, lemon juice, and olive oil using a fork. Gently mix, being careful not to crush the salmon, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
