1. Cut the slices of foie gras in half widthwise, coat them in flour, and cook them in a hot pan without any fat.
2. Cook for 1 minute on each side. Keep warm.
3. Keep the foie gras fat in the pan and place the scallops in it.
4. Cook for 1 minute on each side over high heat. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the scallops from the pan.
5. While you arrange them on the plates, heat the grapes in the foie gras cooking fat.
6. Place 4 scallops on each plate, top with a half slice of cooked foie gras, and arrange some warm grapes around them.
7. Serve immediately.
