Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the chicken breasts into pieces.
    Mix 1 teaspoon of curry into the flour and breadcrumbs.
  • 2.   Beat the egg to make an omelette.
    Coat the chicken pieces in flour, then dip them in the beaten egg, and finally coat them in breadcrumbs.
  • 3.   Cook for 5 to 10 minutes in a pan with a little oil.
