Mixed Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the eggs for 10 minutes, then peel them and cut them in half.
  • 2.   Cut the ham into strips.
  • 3.   Slice the onion into rounds and separate the rings.
  • 4.   Slice the mushrooms.
  • 5.   Cut the tomatoes in half.
  • 6.   Peel and slice the carrots.
  • 7.   Peel and dice the apple.
  • 8.   Wash and dry the lettuce.
  • 9.   Place the vegetables and apple in a large salad bowl, add the ham and walnuts.
  • 10.   In a bowl, mix the olive oil, walnut oil, and vinegar, season with salt and pepper.
  • 11.   Pour the dressing into the salad bowl, toss to combine, then add the eggs before serving.

Ingredients for servings

  • 2 eggs
  • 4 handful of iceberg lettuce
  • 2 slice of cured ham
  • 6 button mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1 apple
  • 30 g of walnut kernel
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tablespoon of walnut oil
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
