SHRIMP CURRY AND WHITE RICE

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the (frozen) shrimp in hot water for 5/10 minutes, then set aside.
    Cook the white rice for about 15 minutes.
  • 2.   Sauté the shrimp in butter, add pepper, salt, cumin, curry, and coriander.
    Cook for a few minutes.
    Add the coconut milk, cook.
  • 3.   Serve the rice using a cookie cutter and pour the coconut milk and shrimp sauce on top.
