Niçoise-style pasta shells

Instructions

  • 1.   Throw the pasta shells into a large pot of boiling water and let them cook for 10 minutes, adding a little oil.
  • 2.   Drain the black olives and cut them in half.
  • 3.   Drain the pasta shells and put them in a salad bowl.
  • 4.   Add parsley, olives, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • 5.   Mix everything together.

  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
