Chicken thigh in red wine

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and chop the onions
  • 2.   Cut the bell peppers in half, remove the seeds, and cut them into very small strips
  • 3.   Peel and mince the garlic
  • 4.   Cut the tomatoes into quarters
  • 5.   Drain the mushrooms
  • 6.   Heat the oil in a sauté pan and brown the chicken pieces in it
  • 7.   Add the bell peppers, onions, salt, and pepper, and cook for about 10 minutes
  • 8.   Then add the tomatoes and wine, cover, and cook over low heat until the thighs are almost cooked, about 30 minutes
  • 9.   Add the mushrooms, cover, and cook for an additional 15 minutes
  • 10.   Serve everything together, hot.
