Leek and bacon tart.

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
  • 2.   In a skillet, sauté the bacon with the butter, add the minced onion and the white part of the leeks cut into sticks.
  • 3.   Stir for 10 minutes over medium heat and pour the cooled mixture onto the pastry.
  • 4.   In a blender, mix the eggs, cream, and milk.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 5.   Pour the mixture over the leeks and bake for about 35 minutes.
