Stir-Fried Chinese Beef Noodles.

With beef or "special won" vegetables, Chinese noodles are very easy to prepare. Put them on the menu more often!

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the sirloin steak into thin strips.
  • 2.   Marinate them for 15 minutes with a mixture of soy sauce, fish sauce, and sesame oil.
  • 3.   Boil the Chinese noodles in water, then set aside for 5 minutes.
  • 4.   Finely chop the garlic clove, grate a 2 cm piece of peeled ginger, slice the onion and half a red bell pepper.
  • 5.   Heat a tablespoon of oil in a wok, stir-fry the onion, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger with the sirloin steak and its marinade, cook for 2 minutes over high heat.
  • 6.   Add the snow peas and drained noodles, stir-fry for 5 minutes over high heat.
  • 7.   Serve immediately.

  • 2 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 300 g of Chinese noodle
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 fresh ginger
  • 1 onion
  • ½ red bell peppers
  • 200 g of snow pea
