Chicken and Pineapple Papillotes.
You can replace the chicken breasts with pork escalopes.

. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

. Slice the onions and sauté them for 5 to 6 minutes in a frying pan.
Add turmeric, salt, and pepper.

. Cut four squares of parchment paper or aluminum foil.

. Divide the chicken breasts into pieces, along with the pineapple cubes and onions.
Drizzle with honey.

. Close the papillotes and cook for 15 to 20 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
