Rabbit in gibelotte, in the style of my grandmother.

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the rabbit pieces with an onion.
  • 2.   Sprinkle with flour.
  • 3.   Add the glass of white wine, salt and pepper, and the bouquet garni.
  • 4.   Stir and let simmer gently for about 40 minutes, checking that it doesn't stick.
  • 5.   Boil the hard-boiled eggs, add them to the pot with the sausages cut into pieces of about 1 cm and the mushrooms, previously drained.
  • 6.   Finish cooking for about 10 minutes.
