Salad with cured ham and flavors of the south.

Course: Starter
Preparation time: 15 minutes

Instructions

  • 1.   Rinse the tomatoes with clear water and cut them in half.
  • 2.   Drain the feta and artichokes.
  • 3.   Cut the ham into strips.
  • 4.   Mix all these ingredients in a large salad bowl with pine nuts, vinegar, and pesto.
    Season with pepper.
  • 5.   Wash the lettuce and separate the leaves, roughly chop them if they are too large.
  • 6.   Add them to the salad bowl just before serving, mix well and sprinkle with Parmesan shavings.

Notes & Suggestions

  • It is important not to add the lettuce too far in advance as the dressing "cooks" it and makes it soggy.
  • You can replace the feta with mozzarella balls and the sucrines with any crunchy lettuce.

  • 100 g of cured ham
  • 150 g of marinated feta
  • 250 g of cherry tomato
  • 250 g of artichokes marinated in oil
  • 3 little gem lettuces
  • 3 teaspoon of pesto
  • 3 tablespoon of pine nut
  • 3 tablespoon of parmesan shavings
  • 2 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 freshly ground pepper
