Artichokes à la barigoule.

Instructions

  • 1.   Clean the artichokes under water and cut them in half.
    Remove the choke.
  • 2.   Peel and slice the onions.
  • 3.   Sauté the onions and bacon in a pressure cooker.
  • 4.   Place the artichokes on top.
  • 5.   Pour the diluted tomato paste and wine over them.
  • 6.   Cook covered for 20 minutes after the pressure cooker reaches pressure, on very low heat.
