Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  • 2.   Beat the eggs in an omelette. Add the milk and then the heavy cream.
  • 3.   Incorporate the bacon bits and diced ham. Then add the grated cheese.
  • 4.   Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg (according to your taste). Mix well.
  • 5.   Bake for 30 minutes, then broil for 15 minutes (with aluminum foil on top).
