Instructions

  • 1.   Fry the ham slices with the peeled and sliced onion in a pan without any fat.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, heat water for the pasta and add salt and a drizzle of oil.
  • 3.   Once the water is boiling, add the pasta.
  • 4.   Cook for 8 minutes, then drain.
  • 5.   Once the ham and onion are golden, add 1 tablespoon of fresh cream.
  • 6.   Mix everything together with the pasta.

  • 100 g of spaghetti
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoon of sunflower oil
