Potato, Tuna, and Corn Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the potatoes in their skins for 25 minutes. Drain, let cool, and then cut into cubes.
  • 2.   In a salad bowl, mix the drained tuna, corn, mayonnaise, sliced pickles, and lemon juice.
  • 3.   Add the potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and then add the chopped chives.
    Mix well and refrigerate.

  • 1 canned tuna in oil (drained weight)
  • 2 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 6 pickles
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1 sprig of chives
  • 1 corn (small can)
