Instructions

  • 1.   Season the filet mignon with salt and pepper on all sides. Spread mustard on all sides.
  • 2.   Unroll the puff pastry, place the filet mignon in the center, and fold it closed.
    Brush the puff pastry with beaten egg.
  • 3.   Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for 40 minutes.
