Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to th.7 (210 ° C).
  • 2.   Detach the cauliflower in bouquets. Peel the potatoes. Cook the cauliflower and the potatoes for 5 minutes in the pressure cooker or 15 minutes in the boiling water. In a bowl, mix the cream and the egg. Salt and pepper lightly.
  • 3.   Butter a baking dish. Then arrange the cauliflower, the sliced potatoes and the bacon. Rub off the preparation. Sprinkle with Gruyère on the gratin. Then bake for 15 minutes. Finish cooking by passing under the grill to brown the gratin surface.
