Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the tomatoes and zucchinis using a serrated peeler. Cut the zucchinis in half lengthwise.
  • 2.   Place parchment paper in the steamer basket, add the fish, coconut milk, and vegetables.
  • 3.   Serve with rice or fresh tagliatelle.

  • The fish can be replaced with seafood.
