Zucchini Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the zucchini into thin rounds. In a salad bowl, pour the lemon juice, minced garlic, oil, and salt, and mix. Add the zucchini slices and let them "cook" for half a day. Serve chilled.

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 6 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • ½ teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
