Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the yogurt with the oil and lemon. Add the low GI red fruits, cut into pieces. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy!

  • 2 teaspoon of linseed oil or walnut
  • 2 teaspoon of sesame seed
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon of red fruits
