Summer Cream

This recipe is more enjoyable if you blend all the ingredients together in your blender. You can replace the soy with rice milk. And you can vary the flavors by using different summer fruits.

Instructions

  • 1.   Mash the banana well with a fork.
  • 2.   Mix the oil and lemon with the yogurt.
  • 3.   Add the peeled and chopped peach and the raspberries. Mix well.
  • 4.   Add the mashed banana and mix again. Sprinkle with almonds and enjoy.

Ingredients for servings

  • 1 soy yogurt
  • 1 peach
  • 1 tablespoon of raspberry
  • ½ bananas
  • 2 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon of almond soaked the day before then reduced or not powdered in the morning
