Instructions

  • 1.   Emulsify the soy yogurt with the oil and lemon.
  • 2.   Add the pollen and ground flax seeds. Serve with sliced strawberries sprinkled on top.

Notes & Suggestions

  • If you have a blender, blend and enjoy this recipe as a cream. Kids love it! And you can vary the recipe by using different spring fruits.

  • 1 soy yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon of fresh pollen (freezing department store)
  • 2 teaspoon of walnut or linseed oil
  • 2 teaspoon of flaxseed
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 8 strawberries
