Kiwi, Chocolate, and Nut Energy Bars

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 160°C. Crush the nuts.
  • 2.   Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Peel and dice the kiwis. Mix them in a separate bowl with the cranberries, nuts, almonds, chocolate, stevia, and spices. Then add the softened butter and mix.
  • 3.   Gently fold in the beaten egg whites until you have a smooth mixture.
  • 4.   Pour the mixture into a 33 x 23 cm rectangular mold lined with parchment paper. Smooth with the back of a spoon.
  • 5.   Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool completely (at least 15 minutes) before unmolding onto a cutting board.
  • 6.   Cut into equal-sized bars using a sharp knife.

  • 1 yellow kiwi
  • 30 g of dried cranberry
  • 5 g of cinnamon powder
  • 3 g of grated fresh ginger
  • 15 g of butter
  • 2 egg whites
  • 5 g of sucre stévia liquide
  • 35 g of dark chocolate chip
