Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the bulgur according to the package instructions. Slice the cucumber, green onions, and mint. Coarsely grate the carrots.
  • 2.   Mix the vinaigrette ingredients.
  • 3.   Combine all the ingredients together, crumble the feta, add the vinaigrette, and mix.
  • 4.   Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
