Instructions

  • 1.   Crush the burrata with a fork until you get a creamy mixture.
  • 2.   Cut the onion, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and blend the kalamata olives.
  • 3.   Place the cucumbers and onion, then add a little olive oil, salt, and a teaspoon of red wine vinegar.
  • 4.   Then place the tomatoes and tapenade in spots, add the olives, the remaining olive oil, and a little more salt.
  • 5.   Sprinkle with chopped basil and it's ready.
  • 6.   Keep refrigerated for 2-3 days, if it doesn't get eaten before!

  • 125 g of cherry tomato
  • 70 g of olive kalamata
  • 4 olive kalamata
  • 1 handful of fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar
  • 2 pinch of flower of salt
