Instructions
1. Wash and steam your potatoes, depending on their size, let's say 20-25 minutes. Let them cool before peeling and cutting them into cubes.
2. Wash and trim the green beans and cut them in half so they are not too long. Steam them until al dente, about 5 minutes. Let them cool.
3. Slice the hard-boiled eggs, olives, radishes, tomatoes (halved), and green onion.
4. Pour everything into a large salad bowl, then mix the sauce ingredients, pour over the salad, and mix. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
5. Here is your creamy potato salad!
6. Keep refrigerated for 3 days. Perfect for lunchboxes, picnics, or pre-made meals for the week.
