Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and steam your potatoes, depending on their size, let's say 20-25 minutes. Let them cool before peeling and cutting them into cubes.
  • 2.   Wash and trim the green beans and cut them in half so they are not too long. Steam them until al dente, about 5 minutes. Let them cool.
  • 3.   Slice the hard-boiled eggs, olives, radishes, tomatoes (halved), and green onion.
  • 4.   Pour everything into a large salad bowl, then mix the sauce ingredients, pour over the salad, and mix. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
  • 5.   Here is your creamy potato salad!
  • 6.   Keep refrigerated for 3 days. Perfect for lunchboxes, picnics, or pre-made meals for the week.

  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 bunch of radish
  • 250 g of fresh green bean
  • 150 g of cherry tomato (optional)
  • 1 green onion
  • 8 hard-boiled eggs
  • 15 olive kalamata
  • Pour la sauce :
  • 120 g of greek sheep yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 1 drizzle of lemon juice
  • salt (according to taste)
