Instructions
1. Prepare the chicken. Mix soy sauce with oil, curry, and garlic. Add the chicken pieces and let marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Thread the chicken onto wooden skewers to form the skewers.
3. Place the skewers in the Easy Fry basket, then spray them with oil. Cook them in meat mode for 15 minutes at 180°C, flipping halfway through cooking.
4. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Mix all the ingredients with 4 tablespoons of hot water until you get a creamy texture. Serve with the chicken.

Garnish with some chopped cilantro, lime wedges, and rice.
