Chicken skewers, satay sauce

Chicken skewers marinated in curry, served with a peanut butter satay sauce (Indonesia).

Instructions

  • 1.   Prepare the chicken. Mix soy sauce with oil, curry, and garlic. Add the chicken pieces and let marinate for 30 minutes.
  • 2.   Thread the chicken onto wooden skewers to form the skewers.
  • 3.   Place the skewers in the Easy Fry basket, then spray them with oil. Cook them in meat mode for 15 minutes at 180°C, flipping halfway through cooking.
  • 4.   Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Mix all the ingredients with 4 tablespoons of hot water until you get a creamy texture. Serve with the chicken.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Garnish with some chopped cilantro, lime wedges, and rice.

  • 2 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of curry powder
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon of neutral oil
  • Pour la sauce :
  • 2 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of liquid honey
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
