Sautéed chicken with cashews

Sautéed chicken with soy sauce and honey, with broccolini, bell pepper, and cashews (Thailand).

Instructions

  • 1.   In a bowl, mix the soy sauce and honey. Add the chicken, bell pepper, and onion.
  • 2.   Spread the mixture in the Easy Fry basket previously lined with parchment paper. Spray evenly with oil, then cook in meat mode for 15 minutes at 190°C. Stir halfway through cooking.
  • 3.   Meanwhile, blanch the broccolini stalks for 3 minutes in a pot of boiling water.
  • 4.   Add the cashews and blanched broccolini to the chicken in the basket, mix, and continue cooking in fry mode for 10 minutes at 190°C.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Broccolini is a cross between broccoli and Chinese broccoli. If you can't find it, replace it with a small broccoli or half of a large one, separated into florets before blanching.
