Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce and honey. Add the chicken, bell pepper, and onion.
2. Spread the mixture in the Easy Fry basket previously lined with parchment paper. Spray evenly with oil, then cook in meat mode for 15 minutes at 190°C. Stir halfway through cooking.
3. Meanwhile, blanch the broccolini stalks for 3 minutes in a pot of boiling water.
4. Add the cashews and blanched broccolini to the chicken in the basket, mix, and continue cooking in fry mode for 10 minutes at 190°C.
Notes & Suggestions
Broccolini is a cross between broccoli and Chinese broccoli. If you can't find it, replace it with a small broccoli or half of a large one, separated into florets before blanching.
