Instructions
1. In a bowl, place all the ingredients, except the herbs and the chicken, and mix well. Add the chicken drumsticks and coat them with the marinade.
2. Place them in the Easy Fry basket and cook for 30 minutes at 200°C, flipping them halfway through. Sprinkle the chicken drumsticks with parsley and coriander.
Notes & Suggestions
You can make this recipe with chicken wings or even diced chicken breasts. Adjust the cooking time.
