Tandoori Chicken

Chicken drumsticks marinated in tandoori spices and yogurt, cooked in the Easy Fry (India).

Instructions

  • 1.   In a bowl, place all the ingredients, except the herbs and the chicken, and mix well. Add the chicken drumsticks and coat them with the marinade.
  • 2.   Place them in the Easy Fry basket and cook for 30 minutes at 200°C, flipping them halfway through. Sprinkle the chicken drumsticks with parsley and coriander.

Notes & Suggestions

  • You can make this recipe with chicken wings or even diced chicken breasts. Adjust the cooking time.

  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon of garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoon of cottage cheese
  • 3 sprig of parsley
  • 3 sprig of fresh coriander
