Instructions
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain, rinse under cold water, drain again, and set aside.
2. Peel and slice the shallot. Wash the cucumber and apples, remove the seeds, and cut them into small cubes. Cut the smoked salmon into thin slices.
3. In a salad bowl, mix the yogurt with the sliced shallot and 1 tbsp of lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add the pasta, smoked salmon, cucumber, and apple cubes. Mix well and chill until ready to serve.
