Chicken Pasta Salad

A quick and easy pasta salad, perfect for a light and tasty meal. The combination of chicken, vegetables, and eggs, mixed with light mayonnaise, offers a creamy texture and delicious flavor.

Instructions

  • 1.   Pour the pasta into 1 liter of boiling salted water and cook for the time indicated on the package. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • 2.   Place the eggs in a pot of water and bring to a boil. Let them cook for 10 minutes. Let cool, peel, and dice.
  • 3.   Cut the chicken into cubes and sauté in an oiled pan. Drain the peas, carrots, and green beans. Cut the green beans into pieces.
  • 4.   Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
