Shrimp, Surimi, and Vegetable Pasta Salad

A refreshing and easy-to-prepare pasta salad, perfect for large gatherings. It combines shrimp, surimi, and vegetables for a tasty and colorful dish.

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut all the vegetables into small pieces after cleaning them.
  • 2.   Shell the shrimp.
  • 3.   Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water.
  • 4.   Mix the vegetables, corn, surimi, and shrimp in a salad bowl.
  • 5.   Zest the lemon and add it to the salad bowl, then mix.
  • 6.   Drain the cooked pasta and cool it with cold water.
  • 7.   Add the pasta to the salad bowl, season with salt, add a pinch of cayenne pepper, and mix.
  • 8.   Stir in 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons of ketchup.
  • 9.   Mix thoroughly, adjust the seasoning if necessary, and refrigerate.
  • 10.   Serve once well chilled.

  • 1 cup of corn
