Bacon Pasta Salad

A tasty and easy-to-make pasta salad, perfect for a quick and budget-friendly meal. It combines pasta, bacon, red beans, and a homemade sauce for a complete and delicious dish.

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta in a pot of water according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • 2.   Cook the red beans with their juice for 3 minutes and drain. Cook the bacon bits in a pan without browning them.
  • 3.   Blend 2 tomatoes into juice and strain it. In a salad bowl, mix lemon juice, vinegar, sour cream, peeled and crushed garlic, honey, and mustard. Add the tomato juice, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
  • 4.   Add the beans, bacon, pasta, the remaining 2 tomatoes diced, oregano, and some sliced pickles. Mix again, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  • 300 g of pâté
  • 100 g of bacon cube
  • 250 g of canned red bean
  • 4 medium tomato
  • 1.5 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 pickle
  • 2 tablespoon of Sherry vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 2 tablespoon of sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
