Spicy meatball stir-fry noodles

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • 2.   In the meantime, pour the noodles into a pot of boiling water. Remove from heat immediately, cover, and let sit for 5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • 3.   Meanwhile, sauté the vegetables and finely chopped bell pepper in a wok or skillet with peanut oil for a few minutes.
  • 4.   Then add the noodles and meatballs, along with soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir-fry for 2 minutes over high heat and adjust the seasoning.

  • 1 bag of rice noodle
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 400 g of wok mix "légumes et soja" Delhaize
  • 450 g of ground meat
  • 3 tablespoon of peanut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame oil
  • 4 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 small chili pepper
  • 2 small green onion
  • pepper (according to taste)
