Instructions
1. Make scrambled eggs: place the ingredients in a hot lightly oiled pan and crumble the cheese on top.
2. Make the dough by mixing the petit-suisse with the yeast, salt, and a drizzle of oil. Incorporate the flour and mix with a spoon until it comes together. Form a ball.
3. Flour a parchment paper, place the ball, sprinkle a little flour on top. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to form a sort of oval not too thin. Peel off the dough to ensure smooth shaping.
4. Place the filling on one half of the oval leaving some edges. Fold the other half over, seal the edges with a fork, and roll them. Brush with milk or water.
5. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (356°F).

You can keep in the fridge for 3 days or freeze.
To reheat: air fryer, top of the toaster, or oven.
