Instructions

  • 1.   Steam the carrot.
  • 2.   Drain and rinse the white beans, pour them into a salad bowl.
  • 3.   Finely slice the cooked carrot, cooked green beans, olives, and green onion. Add to the salad bowl.
  • 4.   Drain the oil from the tuna and add it to the salad bowl with the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and pepper.
  • 5.   Mix and let it chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
  • 6.   Enjoy with breadsticks as an appetizer or as a small side dish during a meal.

  • 100 g of canned tuna in oil (drained weight)
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 olive kalamata
  • 6 green beans
  • 1 green onion
  • 40 g of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of pepper
