Instructions
1. Steam the carrot.
2. Drain and rinse the white beans, pour them into a salad bowl.
3. Finely slice the cooked carrot, cooked green beans, olives, and green onion. Add to the salad bowl.
4. Drain the oil from the tuna and add it to the salad bowl with the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and pepper.
5. Mix and let it chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
6. Enjoy with breadsticks as an appetizer or as a small side dish during a meal.
